When moving out of your parent's house for the first time to go to university or to start a new job you need to think about where you're going to live.

Of course moving out is exciting and you want to do it asfast as possible but before that you have to make a few decisions.

All are within easy access to London’s tourist attractions. Close to transport options, shopping centres, parks and recreational facilities. The flats are newly built or refurbished and of a very high standard.

Your rent can be paid weekly (for longer term stays) and includes all bills and taxes. As part of your booking we can arrange for one of our area managers to pick you up from the station when you arrive. This service is available between certain times -ask for details.

When you have decided on booking a flatshare in London, you have two options on how to do this. You can either contact our staff by mail or phone or simply complete your booking online. A credit card is required to secure the booking. If you do not have access to a credit card, please write us an email or phone us.

Deposit: Please note that when we process your booking, you get charged a non-refundable booking deposit of 10 % which will be deducted from your total bill on arrival.

Cancellation: Please bear in mind that you will be charged if you cancel less than 72 hours before your arrival.
