Deposit: Please note that when we process your booking, you get charged a non-refundable booking deposit of 10 % which will be deducted from your total bill on arrival.

Cancellation: If it turns out that you can't make to London anymore or your trip has been cancelled, please bear in mind that you will be charged if you cancel less than 72 hours before your arrival. So always remember to tell us on time when you will not be able to make it.
